Payment Terms

We accept payments in USD through secure payment processing. Pricing is clearly indicated on all proposals and invoices.

Standard payment terms:

  • 50% deposit required to commence work
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Net 30 payment terms available for qualified clients

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Projects cancelled before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus 10% administrative fee
  • Projects cancelled during development: Prorated refund based on work completed
  • Ongoing services: 30-day written notice required for cancellation
