Kirk founded 219 Group in February of 2010 and is the driving force behind our vision of creating big ideas and delivering solutions to help our clients share their stories and achieve results. Kirk is an entrepreneur at heart. He has been at the forefront of several successful startup ventures and also served as Chief Operating Officer for multiple companies in the real estate, consumer products, and technology industries. He also served 10 years in the US Army in the Infantry.

As a Husband, Father, Teacher, Christian, and wannabe Chef, Rick brings his life’s multi-faceted approach to his job. Not only is he senior developer with over 15 years in web development, he also can be called upon for his knowledge in SEO, graphic design and client communication. Rick is a honors graduate in Graphic Design and Advertising as well as a winner of several GDUSA awards and other honors. To date, he has been involved in the development of over 350 websites in different locations from North Carolina to Korea. Rick also enjoys playing board games with his family and watching movies. After five years in two states and two different countries, Kimberly joined the Fayetteville community in 2012, before joining our 219 crew in 2017. Between earning a degree in Mass Communications from Methodist University and some slight influence from Mad Men, Kimberly knew she had to join the marketing world. Her love of writing and creative thinking helps her to communicate her clients' visions and build partnerships within the office and outside of it. He is currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Web Design and Interactive Media at the Art Institute in Durham. Corey found 219 Group when looking for internship opportunities in the Fayetteville area. After a summer of interning with the 219 Crew, he decided to make his position permanent. When Corey isn’t working towards fulfilling his educational and professional goals, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittney, and three year old son. Corey enjoys grilling, sports, and relaxing near cold beer.

Joe received his Bachelor’s degree, in Graphic Design, from the Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. After graduating, Joe started his own design agency, Fallon Design. In 2015, it was acquired by 219 Group, and he became an integral part of the creative team. As part of the crew, Joe has provided effective and functional solutions for every design problem presented, be it simple or complex. He is consistent with wearing a Yankee hat and giving his all in the office. Joe is an avid movie buff and very knowledgeable in movie trivia. When he is not designing or glued to a computer screen, you can find him at home or at a local movie theater, staring at yet another screen (no surprise there).

Accruing quite the list of extracurricular activities, Samuel has been involved in breakdance crews, film groups, drawing circles and several musical groups. Connie has been an award winning writer since the age of 11, when she won second place with her “If I Were President” essay in a contest at Cross Creek Mall. Under her maiden name, Connie Jean Howard, she also enjoyed success with her poem “In This World, I Must Explore” which was published in the Douglas Byrd Junior High School newspaper, and an amazing one page website on the writings of Paul Laurence Dunbar in college. Other than those shining moments, the rest of her writing career has included collegiate journalism, writing print copy for an award winning design firm, and helping businesses and organizations reach the next level of consumer success through blog writing. When she is not writing, Connie is using her degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations to navigate the world of her two teenagers and negotiate the terms of everyday life with her husband, who is also married to the US Army. In addition, she happens to be an award winning Professional Volunteer, a title she admittedly gave to herself. Connie was with 219 Group when it started, and she is very happy to be back on staff at a company she wholeheartedly believes in.
